Have tried EVERYTHING to stop our cockatiel from plucking herself. She has free reign of the house during the day, fresh veggies every day, special UV light. We've taken her to vets, no parasites or bacteria infections. I was at the end of my rope when I thought I would try this and omg it works!!! She hated it at first but got use to it, she can still fly and eat. We take it off at night. Hoping her feathers will grow back in and maybe it will stop the habit.
