Description
Help keep jumping fish and other suitable aquarium animals inside the tank with this magnetic fish tank anti-jump mesh cover kit. The 40 × 60cm DIY cover uses flexible 5mm hexagonal mesh, magnetic mounting strips, PVC trim and corner pieces to create a lightweight barrier while allowing light and airflow to reach the aquarium.
Features
- DIY magnetic cover: Cut and assemble the supplied mesh and frame components to fit a suitable tank opening.
- 5mm hexagonal mesh: The open mesh supports airflow and approximately 80% light transmission.
- Non-sag flexible netting: Lightweight mesh can be tensioned across the magnetic frame.
- Two mounting methods: Components support top-mounted or side-mounted installation.
- Removable access: Magnetic strips allow the fitted cover to be lifted for tank maintenance.

Note
- Assembly, measuring and cutting are required.
- Measure the tank opening and plan cut-outs for cables, filters and other equipment before trimming.
- Use the supplied cutter carefully and keep it away from children.
- Press all adhesive and magnetic components firmly into place and check the cover regularly.
- Suitability depends on the size and behaviour of the animals being contained; the 5mm openings may not suit very small animals.
